After finishing her live performances in Thessaloniki, Despina is now back to Greece’s capital and thinking about new plans for her life and career, as well as spending some time with the family.

I cannot wait until there’s a new album out or at least some new songs!

It’s been a journey but finally after over a month offline Despina Vandi Fan is back! I had serious problems with this site, specially scripts to update, I lost some of our layouts and pages, anyway it was a mess, but as they say after the storm the sun always shines and now I can say it was all worth it! We have a fantastic new layout designed by me and I think this is seriously the best design I ever did in my whole life! It looks so gorgeous I hope you guys love it as much as I do! As we speak I am finishing some things, fixing the links but other than that the site is back and complete!

I have been working on the video archive as well and added a couple of music videos. I also have a few things to upload on the gallery but i’m trying to focus first on finishing the main site. As you can see we have now a chat box on the sidebar were you can discuss or simply say a hello. Any feedback is always appreciated, wether it’s good or bad and helps me a lot in improving the site!

I added some candids of Despina and her family at what seems to be an airport. Unfortunately tagged and small sized but still nice to see, and I love what she’s wearing!

Due to some technical dificulties the site had to be down for a few weeks. I had problems with the server, I lost some important files and also some passwords of the site so I couldn’t log in and had to wait for my host to set me up again. Luckily the gallery is ok, I just lost the new theme and had to go back to the first one – for a short time as I’ll make another one as soon as possible. Wordpress is okay too, the news are here but I have to rebuild the sidebar and I also lost the previous theme, but well I had to make a new one so here it is. It’s very simple and clean but I like it and this is my favorite style for websites.

As far as it concerns the site, I am currently trying to decide which of my sites I want to keep and Despina Vandi Fan is like my baby I can’t give up on this site, on the other hand, I am giving up on others so I have more time here. I really want to set everything, make more sections and goodies for you fans, I have been making some fan videos, remixes, icons, wallpapers of Despina and I would really like to share it with you all.

I found these two gorgeous pictures of Despina this morning, really randomly and I think they are just so beautiful, won’t you agree with me? I added both to the gallery! I really love when I find new photos I haven’t seen before and specially photoshoots because they are rare, really rare.

And in a sidenote and I feel so stupid right now, but the site has been in maintenance mode for a couple of days since I changed the layout and I never put it in the online mode again, I am so sorry, that’s why nobody but me could see the site, sorry guys, it’s all fixed now!

I would like to wish all our visitors a fantastic new year 2010, wow this decade flew by so fast! I am about to leave for the New Year’s Party and I wanted to make a quick post before I leave. 2010 will be out 3rd year online and you can expect a lot of goodies and news on Despina Vandi Fan, and it’s a promise, I’m gonna find time for the site, you can hope. Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas! I have changed the layout as you can see, so we enter in 2010 with a brand new look, what do you think?
